MedStone Health Care opened above the pharmacy on Margadarshi Colony road in 2014, with one chair and a waiting bench that regulars still ask about.
It grew the slow way — a second chair when the endodontics list got too long, a third when families started bringing their children in. The idea never changed: explain what's wrong, show the picture, quote the cost, and only then pick up an instrument.
Today three specialists share the practice and see roughly forty patients a day, most of them from within a few kilometres of Kothapet.
